Related to the idea for FedeProxy POC: Provisioning Open Communities I want to point to another idea created by Sam Squire, named:
85: Software Metadata
Note: I would have quoted the text below, but the idea repo had no license at time of writing, making it proprietary (I filed an issue to ask about the licence).
Sam’s idea entails a structured way to record all the important metadata that is involved - in the broadest sense of the word - in any FOSS software project (and I’d extend it to encompass the entire FOSS Community). Some interesting links in the idea:
