I expected the MoU to be signed by alll beneficiaries. But it appears it is enough for it to be signed by one beneficiary as long as everyone else agrees. In that instance I’m the one signing the MoU.
However any of the beneficiaries are legitimate to file a Request for Payment. And since the confirmation is sent to all beneficiaries I’m not actually in a position to control anything. We all need to trust each other for the duration of this grant. If one of us goes rogue, there really is nothing we can do expect acknowledge that things are going sideways.
