This is a wiki topic dedicated to the top three challenges forgefriends needs to address sooner rather than later, most important first. These challenges are the basis from which a strategy could be developed.

Advocacy is not the exclusive responsibility of the forgefriends community and it is largely supported by https://coding.social/ and a number of individuals. I’m under the impression that, as the forgefriends codebase matures in the year to come, advocacy will become more of a concern than it is now.
