Fedeproxy communication strategy and diversity


While discussing diversity with @aschrijver and @pilou in today’s monthly meeting it was suggested that when the time comes to reach out and recruit developers, trying to convince them to be early adopters of fedeproxy, underrepresented groups should be the only target. If communication efforts aim at all people in the Free Software world, it will naturally replicate the same lack of diversity that is observed nowadays.

Limiting the communication target creates a difficulty: the population is, by definition, smaller and it will take more time to get the same number of users. But that’s why I decided to allocate 5% of the time to diversity, no surprise :slight_smile:
