There is a mention of “dripping funds” (projets en cascade) in the page. But it does not contain anything specific, it only explains the term. Am I missing something?
Looking at the Free Software projects page there only are large projects (over 1M€), with 100+ pages submission templates 
, not a good fit for fedeproxy.
